How can I change or cancel my order?
Send an email to email@example.com with the order number and we will process your request.
Paying with a credit card?
The delivery address must be identical to the address of the credit card owner. Unfortunately, we cannot accept address changes if you paid by credit card.
Paying with PayPal?
The delivery address must be identical to the address of the PayPal account. This is a security requirement of PayPal. If the addresses are not the same, the order cannot be delivered.
How can I track my order?
After you have completed your order and payment has been received, we will send a confirmation email with your order details. Once your package has been sent, you will receive an email with a track & trace number so you can track your package.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed by our warehouse within one working day. Orders placed on working days before 16:00 (CET time zone) will be sent the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday morning. All orders are sent by parcel post using PostNL, DPD, or DHL.
What are the delivery times?
Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium one – two days.
Orders within Europe have a delivery time of approximately two days – one working week. Most orders outside Europe have a delivery time of 14 days. However, please be aware that delivery times can sometimes vary.

The Netherlands and Belgium: € 5,50 | Free shipment from € 75
Germany, Sweden, Luxembourg, Austria, France, Italy, Finland, Norway, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Ireland: €10 | Free for orders over €200
Rest of the world: €15 | Free for orders over €250
Please make sure you take into account any customs and import costs and taxes before you place your order. They are the responsibility of the customer and can be applied to orders shipped to countries outside the EU.
